We understand life can get busy and things can come up last minute however cancellations and no-shows have an enormous impact on a small business.

If you fail to make your appointment at Pure Aesthetics please note we do have a cancellation policy.

• 72 hours before your appointment you will receive an email reminder, if this day and time no longer suits this is your chance to reschedule or make changes.

• Less than 48 hours notice means you will pay 50% of your appointment value.

• 24 hours before your appointment you will receive a text reminder of your appointment for the next day.  This is your final appointment confirmation. 

• If you cancel on the day of your appointment your cancellation fee will be 100% of the appointment value.
