Together we will go through an in depth consultation to get to know your skin. We look at things like your current skincare regime, diet, lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, hormones, digestion and more. These factors all play an integral part in healthy functioning skin.
We will begin with imaging under our Observ™, so our therapists can get a better understanding of how your skin is behaving beneath the surface (what we can’t see with the naked eye). We will then go through our consult together to help determine your desired outcome and for our therapists to work out the best way to accomplish your skin goals.
It's important to know that your skin will not be pushed before it's ready, we are very big on the holistic approach as well as using modern day techniques and result driven ingredients. However we will always ensure the skin is functioning correctly, the barrier of the skin is strong and healthy and the skin is correctly prepped before certain treatments are selected.

We understand life can get busy and things can come up last minute however cancellations and no-shows have an enormous impact on a small business.
If you fail to make your appointment at Pure Aesthetics please note we do have a cancellation policy.
72 hours before your appointment you will receive an email reminder, if this day and time no longer suits this is your chance to reschedule or make changes.
Less than 48 hours notice means you will pay 50% of your appointment value.
24 hours before your appointment you will receive a text reminder of your appointment for the next day. This is your final appointment confirmation.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment your cancellation fee will be 100% of the appointment value.
